Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed, please allow the following delivery timeframes:

∙ Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Pre-Orders
Some products may be available for pre-order. Pre-order items will ship by the date listed on the product page. You will be notified by email if there are any delays.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Hydrus is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to carrier issues. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at shophydrus.com@shophydrus.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Hydrus is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
